    Can I return my product?

    We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received. But we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in their new condition.


    How do I return?

    - Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

    - Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

    - Drop off your package at the local post office.

    - Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your payment account in advance to our return conditions.


    Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    - You will be responsible for the return postage for the returns as a reason you do not like it, and you are suggested to choose the economical way to return.

    - If you received incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please send us an email and attach clear photos of the items that verify a quality issue first. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.

    Return Conditions

    - You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

    - Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

    - We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

    - The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   bodysuits, swimwear and items that for final sale. 


    What is the return address?

    Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

    Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


    When will I receive the refund??

    We will process the refund within 24 hours as we receive the package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account in advance. However, if you want to receive a refund in advance, please provide valid credentials for the return package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
